Introduction

SPRK Labs, LLC ("SPRK," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices. It applies to the SPRK website, application, and services.

Information We Collect

Information You Provide

Your name, email address, account credentials, and any content you submit to the Service.

Content You Save in the App

Content you save, including text, links, photos, screenshots, and videos, is processed to produce the plan you asked for and is not used for anything else. Your plans, reminders, and saved items are stored on your device, and synced to your account when you are signed in.

Location

If you set a reminder for a place, your location is used on your device to trigger it and is not sent to us. The names you give saved places may be processed with a capture so a plan can refer to them.

Voice

Voice notes are transcribed on your device. Audio is never recorded, stored, or transmitted.

Payment Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers. Stripe handles payment data under its own security and privacy practices.

Automatically Collected

Device information, log data, IP address, and usage analytics collected when you interact with the Service.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Service.

How We Use Information

• To provide, operate, and maintain the Service
• To process payments and manage memberships, including the Founding Spark waitlist and lifetime members
• To communicate with you about your account, updates, and offers
• To improve and develop new features
• To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with:

• Service providers who help us operate, host, and deliver the Service
• Authorities when required by law
• In connection with a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to opt out of marketing emails. You can also delete your account and everything stored with it from inside the app, under Settings, then Account. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. We will respond as required by applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access it from outside the U.S., you consent to the transfer and processing of your information in the United States.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. Material changes will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
